Eleven MESA students from various high schools went to Columbus, Ohio for five days to attend a conference of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). The students had the opportunity to participate in career and college workshops at Ohio State University and the Columbus Convention Center. They met representatives from various organizations such as Boeing and Hewlett-Packard, and colleges such as MIT and Harvard.
Special thanks to MESA Board member, Dana Norwood from Boeing, and MESA volunteer, Marlon Wallace from Boeing, for welcoming our students at the Career Fair.
